Femme is a first class company for asbestos vermiculite removal and disposal. They removed vermiculite and all fiberglass insulation from my daughter’s home on 10/24 and 10/25. The workers were on time and worked hard until done and clean up was excellent. Provided needed samples and before and after photos along with payment in full receipt needed to apply for Zonolite Trust Fund claim. Thanks to the workers and Miguel for getting this done as proposed and planned, good job!
From start to finish Femme Works Solutions is top notch. From Miguel in the office to the techs that did the remediation....they are all very professional. On time...did great work.....never would have known they spent 6 hours removing the insulation......great clean up. Would definitely recommend them!!

Great experience from the very beginning working with them! Miguel called same day after I had submitted an online inquiry,, for asbestos removal and mold remediation, to discuss what I was looking for. He came out to view the property around my schedule - which was fantastic. He walked through and explained the process for each service and answered every question I had. They were able to accommodate the very small window I had to get the work done. The day of service, their team arrived early and gave us a quick overview of the timeline and confirmed they would be able to get the job done in less time than expected. Femme Works has exceeded my expectations with their work and service!
We had asbestos popcorn texture removed in multiple locations throughout our house. We also had them skim coat 2 bedrooms as we wanted to be able to prime & paint once we were able to re-enter the house.The asbestos removal for the popcorn texture was very well done and Femme was great communicators throughout the process. We received a 3rd party report showing the asbestos was removed.However, the skim coated walls in the two bedrooms and walls after the asbestos removal was not done well, which took us about 2 full days to prepare before we felt comfortable to prime and paint. The skim coat was applied too thick, which left a significant amount of pinholes and mud residue on the baseboard & window trim.
